Hart Park Lake is located in Kern County in the city of Bakersfield. From Los Angeles, take I-5 North. Merger onto hwy 223 towards Bakersfield, then take hwy. 178 towards Lake Isabella. Turn left on Alfred Harrel hwy and follow it to the park.
General Info:
The park is open year round, 5am to 10pm. There are two lakes, a children's playground, picnic tables, bbq's and restrooms. Swimming is allowed at your own risk!
