Cahuilla lake is located in Riverside County in the city of La Quinta. From I-10, exit 142/Monroe St. Take Monroe St south to 58th Ave and turn right/west to Jefferson Ave. Turn left on Jefferson.

General Info:

    The park consists of 710 acres. Activities include fishing, camping, picnicing, hiking and equestrian trails. It is open from 6am to Sunset. 7 days a week in the winter and friday through monday in the summer. Entrance fees are $3 for adults and $2 for children. Horses and dogs are $1. Camping Info:

    Camping is permitted 6am to 10pm Friday through Monday from May through September. The camp site features 53 Hookup campsites (10 Water Only), 20 Equestrian campsites and 30 Primitive Individual Sites. Reservations: 800-234-PARKS (7275), Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm or Fridays from 8:00am to 3:30pm.
