Message=Prado lake is strickly a powerbait lake. The best colors are limetwist, lemontwist, and rainbow. Most of the fish they stalk are Idaho trout. There is occasions where you can use a kastmaster to catch a limit. Your not going to find some of those giant 10pound trout that Irvine and SARL have, but you will find solid 2-4 pounders. Its a nice size lake. As you drive in you will notice there is two coves.park at the fist one and fish on the right side. And also use some garlic scent. Well good luck!

Message=the lake itself stinks, due to the surrounding cow country, but the one time i was there, the fishing was good for small fish, and a few 2 pounders. what i like is that they post when they stock fish, and how much they stocked. i know ernie j. has been to the lake quite a few times, see his user reports
