     Shadow Cliffs Park Lakes is located in Alameda County in the city of Pleasonton.

From San Jose:

     Take I-880 North. Merge onto I-680 North toward Sacramento. Exit on Sunol Blvd. and go East. Sunol turns into First St. and then First turns into Stanley Blvd. The park will be on your right.

General Info:

    The park is 266 acres with an 80 acre main lake, and several smaller lakes and ponds. It is open year round, 6am-7pm in the summer and 7am to 5pm in the winter. Entrance fee is $6 per vehicle. Boating Info:

    Boating is allowed in the main lake, maximum length is 17 feet. Electric motors only. Launch fee is $5 per day trailered boat; $3 per day car-top or inflatable; $2 per day windsurf board. All boats must receive mandatory boat inspection for invasive mussels. Rentals are available at the marina for $12-20 /hour. (925) 426-0197.

Fishing Info:

     The lake is stocked regularly with rainbow trout in the winter and spring months and catfish during the summer. There are also small and largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill and carp here. Be sure to visit the CDFW web site for complete regulations before heading out.
