Huge LOAD of Channel Cats & Blues just stocked!!


Due to the warming water temperatures at both Santa Ana River Lakes and Corona Lake, beginning today, we will be stocking, both Channel and Blue Catfish. We should also begin stocking Tilapia very soon. It’s just too warm to continue stocking Trout. It was a great Trout Season with more BIG Trout caught than ever before and we look forward to an even BIGGER Catfish Season!!

Both Santa Ana River Lakes and Corona Lake are already loaded up with catfish because we have been stocking Blue Catfish EVERY WEEK for the last 12 weeks and the fishing has been excellent for those targeting Catfish. There is no need to wait for our “Official” Catfish Opener if you want to catch catfish NOW, limits of big beautiful catfish are being caught daily.

No, not again today, we will likely start stocking 2 times a week starting next week. We stocked a lot this week and with all the catfish we stocked over the last 13 weeks, there is a lot of catfish ready to be caught right now.
