Copper Sulfate Treatment

Lake Perris SRA will be closed to vessels from 0600 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday April 17th, 2014 due to the lake being treated with copper sulfate. Helicopters will be dropping this treatment which reduces the algae and weed growth and improves the taste and odor of the water which is used for drinking water. We are sorry for this inconvenience. The lake will reopen once this task is complete.

Tom I doubt it even had a effect on the fish . the fish will carry on like normal and the bite will as well

FYI guys the bite is great at Perris.... we went yesterday after the treatment about 1pm and we fished till 530 and had over 20 bass... some really good ones too..
