Been thinking of trying a new and unique fish recipe. Any ideas?

Try Pescado à la veracruzana. It's a Mexican dish, quite spicy but it's something.

Here's the link where they've got it good https://www.whats4eats.com/fish/pesc...cruzana-recipe. Check it out. It's new to the taste and good to serve to your friends.

Let me know how it turned out if you decide to make it.

Yey, thank you! I made fish tacos but I know they're quite common. I'm sure going to give Pescado à la veracruzana a try.

I got to say cooking is a lot of fun. It's a great passtime and stress reliever, plus I get to eat new dishes. I think I'm going to be doing this for a while.

Salmon tartare. I love raw salmon. Fried, baked and lightly salted, it's good too. But when you come across a fresh gorgeous fish - it's a sin not to cook tartare or even cut into sashimi.
