    To answer your questions:

"Starting at $10.00/hour" - "Starting at" means you enter and train at this wage, not that you will stay there. There is no ceiling to this statement, only entry level...

Bachelors Degree "Preferred" - "Preferred" means it isn't mandatory, however, if two applicants are neck and neck, and one has a degree, sure can imagine which route we'd lean towards.

Hope I clarified this for you and hope to see your applications. :)

    Thanks
well you definitely won't be getting and app from me SORRY :( i just hope some that some one that has spent at least four years to get a bachelors isn't settling on 10 bucks an hour(1 dollar more than minimum wage). But to each their own good luck finding some one. Never bought your products but if you want to send some samples my way ill give them a shot thanx and have a good day

I think a couple of these responses referring to the education and salary level requirements kind of humorous considering the apparent written communication challenges exhibited in the posts.

    Good luck Lip Ripperz!

I don't know, asking for the world regarding employee demands while paying peanuts is insulting.

"Minimum 2 years experience in the field"

2 years experience will only net you 10.00 an hour? 2 years experience should NOT put you at entry level pay!

Hey that 10 bucks might include 1/2 off product cost. That's a huge raise from what the pro staff probably makes!

Just like a resume this job listing is over hyped more than likely.

Joe Biden doesn't do this much.

A SuperStar is only $3.99 at Carl's Jr. but I think the pay is better.

I think I've seen some of that stink bait around.

Some of you guys are kinda trollish :/ give the man a break.
Wouldn't mind a fishing oriented job, but I left the state and I work for $15 an hour or better.
My skillz are totally worth it.

Ive met some guys that will build you a house better than a union worker for $8 an hour before.
In Cali, jobs are scarce. Trust me, I was there looking last year. Getting beaten out on the good jobs by those guys.

p.s.. Minimum wage in Seattle just went up to $15 an hour. I'd be worth like $25 up there.
IMO though, you're worth whatever you can sell yourself for, which can vary from company to company.
You don't always need a degree to be awesome and knowledgeable.
    Experience is the best teacher.

The guy I think you are referring to is complaining about the salary level rather than going in and filling out an application, possibly getting interviewed and then selling himself for being worth more than the listed $10 salary. After that maybe working your way up the ladder, if this company is not high paying then parlaying the job into another tackle company that pays better. That's the way it was throughout my youth. I started as a driver and worked my way up to a pretty respectable salary and position within a fortune 500 company.

If you don't currently have a job getting a gig at 10 bucks an hour in an industry you want to work in seems to me to be a pretty cool idea rather than sitting on your butt collecting unemployment and other subsidies till they run out, after they run out it becomes harder to convince others to give you a job.

As a hiring manager this is how my version of the interview process would go -

Hey what have you been up to the last year and 1/2 since your last job?

    Been collecting unemployment and fishing.

    Next....

    Exactly.
Despite being unemployed several times, I've never collected unemployment.
Probably only because I didn't have to, but still.

Would be better to make something up and send the reference to a good friend who would fib for you than to admit gaps in employment or unemployment collection.

    the real question is this:
Who's gonna pay me $15 an hour to go fishing and write reports? ;)
Ah well, back to work. A guy can dream.
