Hey there FNN, i been laying low for a while from the water and hardly have any time to get out and im gonna share with you guys the reason why, (other than being broke) lol
Do you guys remember i mentioned that the bass boat i bought needed upholstery???....i was gonna pay somebody to do the job for me, but after i found this amazing website
http://bbcboards.zeroforum.com/zeromain
It motivated to do it on my own. They have a "BassBoat Restoration Thread" where other boaters share their experience on restoring their BassBoats and they also show you HOW they got it done. I had nothing to loose so i thought id give it a try.
This is what it looked like when i 1st got the boat...
I am not by any means a pro at this, this is my This is my 1st time so please take it easy on me
Here are some before and after pics.
Lets start with the rear...

Ok, so now the front. You might notice some puffyness along the edges where it supposed to fold in. i am waiting for the glue to dry from the top section from when i 1st layed it out. So once it dries, i can stretch and fold in tight and then add the flex trim along the edges.

once i get done with the compartments, im gonna start doing the floorboard which will be this weekend and the LAST and final step will be wet sanding, waxing and buffing out the boat to bring the paint job back to life. I also learned this technique from the website i mentioned earlier, here is a thread where some guy brought his paint job back to life.
