Came out to the derby, it was a bit of a mess due to all of the rules set out for the event. Anyhow we were able to leave with 5 catfish for the day and I didn't stay after the kids derby ended. The bite was pretty good due to the fact that all the fish were stocked in one are for the event. I came back on Wednesday to the same area but caught only turtles. Still a great day out on the lake though, saw a 30lb koi caught on Wednesday. Good luck out there guys.
