Boils, boils and more boils at the Mid on Monday

Hit the Mid today to work on my trolling. Got there around 5:15am, got inspected and was still first in line. (As it turned out, not many people fishing there today.) Started fishing around 6:15 trolling the u-rigs. Had a few short hits, but never hooked up. Did see a bizillion boils through about 10:30am. Unfortunately, they were micro dinks. They were bustin up all over. Weeds/grass were a major problem trolling today but the weather was really nice and way cooler than Bako.

Dave, I had the same experience a couple weeks ago except some bait and wait saved the day.
It is nice to hit Pyramid on a quiet weekday, such a beautiful lake.
You'll get them when the weeds ease up.
