Smoking recipes
Back in the spring, I bought a Camp Chef Woodwind smokehouse and did not spare the money to buy a good device. Of course, I have already tried to smoke fish in it, previously marinated in a classic brine. But I would like to experiment. I would be glad to see your recipes for cooking smoked fish and meat. Thanks for the recommendations!

Good idea I did some fish stripers from the Woods turned out great I will have to look up the brine I made. If I remember right made it with salt brown sugar and maple syrup Takes a couple days to prep the fish before smoking.
