Try Pescado à la veracruzana. It's a Mexican dish, quite spicy but it's something.

Yey, thank you! I made fish tacos but I know they're quite common. I'm sure going to give Pescado à la veracruzana a try.
I got to say cooking is a lot of fun. It's a great passtime and stress reliever, plus I get to eat new dishes. I think I'm going to be doing this for a while.
Salmon tartare. I love raw salmon. Fried, baked and lightly salted, it's good too. But when you come across a fresh gorgeous fish - it's a sin not to cook tartare or even cut into sashimi.
