Default Shimano critica reviews? What to add to my arsenal?

Anyone fishing these shimano citica reels? I see bass pro has them on same for $129 I am in the market for a new reel. I'm trying to add to my bass fishing arsenal. I've always been a saltwater fisherman with freshwater fishing on the back burner. Last summer I got the bass bug real bad. I was given a hand full of rods and have slowly been building up a lower price range arsenal. I currently have a shimano curado 300 ej, quantum kvd, Abu Garcia black max, as far as spinning reels I have a quantum not sure the model off hand and a cheaper Abu Garcia. As far as rods go I have 3 of the skeet Reece series rods the Alabama rod, the spinning drop shot rod, and a crank bait rod. I also have 1 st. criox not sure the model it is rated 10-20 6'6 and a older 7 ft Abu Garcia bait caster rod. I also have a e21 carrot stick. I'm not exactly sure what I should add to my arsenal but my crank bait rod is currently collecting dust do to the fact the older abu Garcia reel on it has a busted dog spring. I am trying to learn new techniques I feel I have the basics down to drop shot and I have been doing well with pitching my Texas rig any recommendations on what I should add to my rod and reel collection? Any reviews on the shimano critica?

200E's are great reels I have 2 of them very durable and versatile for different applications. I don't have any experience with the he newer G Series. Check out Tackle Tour for their reviews and compare them , you can get a good idea of reels , but nothing beats actually fishing and seeing for yourself.

You're essentially paying for a fancier Caenan. I own a 200E and the quality is far superior to the G series. I don't what kind of crap Shimano was trying to pull with that, but it was lame.

The Caenan is a great reel for the money, and if you can snatch one for under 60 it's even better. My only gripe is handles which I swapped out with one of my old broken down shimanos.

If I were in your position I'd take a look at the Lexa 100.
