Kent Smith of Long Beach nailed this 11.33lb Largemouth Bass while fishing in the Saintiago Flats. The fish was released after the photograph was taken...congrats! - hkz

Just a question out of curiosity... since some of the photos look to have multiple fish and/or are taken at the dock, does the lake permit the fish to be held in a livewell for a photo and then released? In other words, do they allow these fish to be handled like a bass tourney if someone has a good livewell and releases them later? Or is that not considered appropriate? Of course, the best for the fish is right back in the water, especially if caught deep, so they can get back down with minimal handling. I think a lot of the LMB's do OK, but doubt the wipers would tolerate that sort of handling.
Also, anyone else catching more baby stripers (or wipers???) lately?
