And to think, Lucky Craft was going to discontinue the Flash Minnow 110 line a couple of years ago. I bet the demand from the surf fishing crowd made them change their minds. It's all YOUR fault Arthur!

New Lucky Craft Flash Pointer 115 Series!
A few weeks ago, Lucky Craft sent me a few of their new series hard baits to test out in the surf environment.
I'll share this one with you guys, I think this will be a winner!
The new Flash Pointer 115 Series. Gorgeous looking hard bait, comes in 28 color patterns.
Kind of a cross between the Flash Minnow and the Pointer Series.
I can't wait to try this lure out... maybe at the HG4 event.
Another new hard bait LC is putting out is the Blade Cross 110. For tight structure fishing such as boilers and kelp beds. Looks like it will be a killer bait for Calico & Spotties in the harbors too.
Also, check out the Pointer SSR Series, great looking stuff... as usual, Lucky Craft is on the ball!

The next level...
This is way beyond my artistic level of painting dots...
A member, who chooses to be anonymous, reached out to me via PM and offered to customize my new LC's and/or repaint my used ones.
I was very impressed with his talent and promptly Fed Ex a half dozen LC's for him to work on.
I told him that I will put his work up on the board to share. I assured him that his work will draw a strong interest on FNN and that it could prove to be a very lucrative deal for him. Ever so humble, he declined my offer... He would like to keep this as a hobby... for now.
He is currently working on some custom designs and patterns for me. I will post up pics of the finished product once I get them back.
Then, I will put them into battle where the true test begins...
Here is some of his recent work. Let me know if you guys & gals approve.
Barred Surf Perch.
Lizard Fish
Bottom fins touch up.
Top (factory) Bottom (custom)
Here, he is working on a raked bait design.

WOW!
He, or she, must not have any caffiene in their diet...
Those little chubby perch are definately the ticket, look at this photo and you tell me;
I guess it isn't the best picture,,,
But you get my drift.
Looks more like art, than a tool. I wouldn't want to mess up the paint job...
Take care,
Robert
