They are the best.
I took a reel in because I thought it was running a little rough and they gave me a new one right over the counter.

Step 1. Buy Crucial Rod.
Step 2. Close car door on Crucial Rod.
Step 3. Take it to the Shimano center.
Step 4. Walk out with new Crucial Rod.
No questions asked.
