Chatter trout
Nailed a big hookjawed trout today on the c-bait from shore.
Truly a multi species bait. Fish was much bigger than pics portray. It wouldn't stop flipping for the photo and I got it back into the water quick. I'd estimate 15-16".
Saw more followers but I think too cold still. They kept turning away.
Would have skunked without it! Worms wouldn't do the trick for my GF. Nada on swimmy.
Also a couple bass in there I caught on a boat with my GF the other day.
The dinky one is her first bass of the season lol.
