First few bass of the year. Couldn't get them on shore. Came back with the tube.
Took advantage of the moon, the breeze and the storm front. Hit them at (close to) the right time.
Did some bushwacking to get to these fish. Giant banana spiders and all..
Hence my particulate matter coating in the photos. I felt like shake and bake.
The tules was thick and tall. The pattern was dark with a loooong tag. Fish were hugging. Weedless was key. Finally produced a dink!
This one got it on the bottom inside the mouth. Not too bad, he made it off fine and the blood was minimal.
