Arrived 7:00am went to first spot start fishing at 7:45, after an hour only have 2 loves. Went to second spot start fishing 9:30, end up at 11:30 with 3 limits.

Nice catch!
The bait bite at Castaic is pretty good if you have the right bait and the right spot.
Went to Castaic at a dock just to take a look around yesterday. I saw shool of small fish a lot at fingure dock . Don't know those are baby shad or some else... look like something in the bottom push them up...Can't believe they are still on the surface at this time of the year.
