The Shoe late report

Gave mom some albacore and some YT and she still asks for Cudas. LOL. Made a couple calls and we were on the water Sat morning at 9am.

WFO on the cudas all morning. Mainly drifted and had so many that didn't even have a chance to take too many pics. They mainly bit on live dinos this time around. Got nothing on the blue and white or the chrome and white, had a couple short bites on the Krocs but that was about it. Winds were strong in the am but laid down, swells were short and somewhat choppy while water temps dropped to about 64 deg.

Fished for a few hours and off the water by noon. Left them biting. Trick is to have enough bait to chum gang. Boated about 30 cudas but only kept 6 and released the rest. Have not caught cudas all year so it was a fun time for me.

Duc, Congrats on the Barries!!!

Barracudas are an acquired taste. I've yet to acquire a taste for them.
Just drop the Albies and YT off at my place on the way to your mom's house next time. 8)
I acquired a taste for them both a long time ago.
