    Default beer bread

    i had a version of this bread when the site had the event at bolsa chica beach a couple years back. so i found this one and its great. its so simple to make. give it a try.

    2 2/3 cups Self-Rising Flour
    12 ounces Beer

    InstructionsPreheat oven to 375. Grease a loaf pan.

    Combine the flour and beer in a large bowl until flour is
    completely moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes or until top
    is lightly browned.

    Cool in pan five minutes before removing to cool completely.

    cant get any better than that...but it would be even better in pizza dough
