Asparagus & Salmon
Here is one that will wet your pallette
1/2 lb of asparagus spears on foil
liberally brush with equal amounts of olive oil & balsamic vinegar mixed vigerously,
then dust with parmesan cheese & lightly salted,
wrap tightly in foil & toss on the barbeque for about 20 min. rotating to all sides
Throw on a salmon steak well brushed with lemon & butter, turn once when golden brown,
& you have a feast fit for a king!
