    Default Spots to camp and fish

    The wife wants to get out of the house and go camping tomorrow night. I don't want to go somewhere I can't fish, and I don't want to drive super far and waste gas. And I don't want to spend a lot of money and hit irvine lake. I live in huntington beach. I'm thinking beach camping? Any recommendations on where I should go?

    As far as I know all of the beach camping along the coast here in socal is at the state beaches and you have to reserve the camping spots well ahead of time.
