I need to build a City Dad robot so he can pump them out in quantity for us. I will be needing a few more for the high country this summer! Did a little test today and it got hit plenty, but kept the shorter fish off mostly because of the long wing!

I trimmed the fly wing in the field to help land the smaller fish, but later realized that was a bad thing because that long wing kept the small fish off and the big fish interested! You should see the fly when it is dry and "un chomped". I don't think I ever said sexy about a fly until I saw these..

now that is a field test!!! It's like... Wow, dude... I've driven to Bishop for fish like those. YOu guys parachuting in somewhere... or are you photoshopping?

basscatcher, PM me! I fish vicariously, so ANYONE PM me and I'll shoot you some - and - oh, the wings are Ritz cracker wrappers, so we'll be helping mother nature as well ;)

Almost time to hit The 'Bu to knock up some perchies with my razzlers.
Things are nutty lately but we'll see what happens.

TJ can we get a pic of the fly dry?? Would be nice to come home from a frustrating day of work and relax while trying to tie a realistic looking fly that looks like it works great :)
