I know that you got your fish on the troll, but did you troll the whole time?
Yes we trolled the whole time. We talked with others that were baited up and they had poor results. So we just stuck it out and got a bite every 4 laps. We figured out that only the bigger units were hitting on the troll in Wonka water.
Today My partner in crime took his grandson out with same results. 1 @ 7 1/2 and 1 @ 6 1/2 . Only 2 strikes all day but some fat toads.
Its so dirty that im thinking they only bite if you happen to be trolling by 1 inch from there nose
Its alot of work trolling 100 laps for 1 bite but to him its worth it. 7 1/2 is his new PB trout..
