I was on here earlier and TackleJunkie got me thinking of how good Catfish tacos sound....mmmmm

So I'll report how mine went....

Well, First I started out with the perfect ingredients Tecate and Lime: :D

Next, I washed off the two fillets that I got off of half of my nice cat...

Then I covered the fillet strips with the Shore Lunch Cajun Style batter mix...No egg, no oil, just "dusted the moist fillets...

Next, I took the "dusted" strips and dipped them into a mixture of Shore Lunch and Tecate. So now they are double battered...

Then cooked them in oil until they were golden brown...

Meanwhile, my wife made up all the "fixins" for the great meal..Mexican rice, cabbage, avocado, sour cream, Tapatio and homegrown lime wedges..

There is a very nervous fishy in the plant/water vase in the middle..

Once that was done, time to make the perfect plate...DELICIOUS

After, four and half large tacos and few beers, we were ready to call it quits...
Here's a pic of the carnage.

I can't wait to make these with Stripers....

Thanks,
