    Default todays sandbass & sculpin lunch caught 10/28/07

    just took fillets and put them in egg wash then flour mixed with garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, and onion powder. fried in canola oil for like 1 to 2 minutes each side depending on thickness of fillet. this was the result. enjoy cuz i did 8)
