Got there at 6:10am to a peak high tide. Starting fishing right at the water outlet to see rock beds on the beach. Waves were about 2~3' breaking about 25 yards out. There were trenches and holes nearby but had to walk a bit to find it. Overcast skies with occassional offshore wind. Fishing was okay, only had about hour and a half to fish. Landed maybe 12~13 perches, biggest to 10" on camo sandworm. Farmed about 10 or so too. It took a bit of work to find the school, but once I did, it was cast after cast! I also hooked and farmed a nice size corbina just as the waves were going out. It SLAMMED my bait and the waves knocked him off. Reeled in and my hook was almost straighten out. Water was a bit off color but thats normal in SM.
g'luck out there!
