:roll: :roll: :roll: u ruin the fish when u fry sheephead..u are supposed to broil it or steam it...all u have to do is add some salt n pepper or minimal seasoning to sheephead...the great taste is in the fish mannnnnnnnnnnn :lol: white fish is good fried or pan fried 8)

I wasn't drunk Holmes', I was just tryin' to have too much fun!!!...lol

I remembered that after I had already cooked it. No wonder the whitefish, and reds tasted better. :lol:
