Thread: Shimano's 8'6" Budget Scimitar Spinning Rod!

Default Shimano's 8'6" Budget Scimitar Spinning Rod!

I'll Be Needing a Shimano Rod To Showcase an Entry Level Shimano Spinning Reel!

I was informed that i'll be making an introduction video of Shimano's FX 4000FC Spinning Reel for an online account.Since i started using Shimano roughly 9yr ago i'd thought this shouldn't be a problem. Well the advancements & technology has grown enough to force me to take a double look. But once exposed i found this to be quite familiar. For the most part max drag & bearing counts has increased. So has the price!

I can still read the manufacturing code & understand the technologies used. Weight reduction of units is still a goal (at least for most). Glad to see rods are getting lighter, thinner & stronger while reels are still the basis of whose king!
