Okuma Sold The Nomad Name So These Rods Are No More!
These are solid built casting rods. The one i decided to keep i use my Komodo 400 baitcaster on it for boat jigging. That's SOLID! Once in awhile you'll see a used one pop up on eBay for a huge price. But they sell because these sturdy rods have built-up a following over the years. It's so compact that i fit mine in my backpack. It can easily go on a plane (depending on your TSA agent). You can use your most powerful bc reel on these well built sectional rods. Sad to see this line go extinct.
