This was gifted to me by my friend at Izuo Brothers, a local Sporting Goods Distributor a few years ago. I've had this for a few years and it has earned my trust. I've been out in heavy downpours to crashing waves at night fishing off the rocks & lava flows using this as my main light source. Yes, i do bring a back-up but never needed to use it. Ever since i lost my 5ft GT in front of me at night because of a failing China purchased Headlamp my friend Randy convinced me to use a dependable model instead.
It is simple to operate. From Fenix, a reliable company. So this video is a "How To" introduction into its basic modes of operation. I opted NOT to employ other features such as pre-programmed settings as conditions do change. Before i purchased cheap China models off eBay but NO MORE. From now on i'll spend a little more to own quality products. There's a "70" model now but for shoreline fishing having a brighter light beam isn't needed. Just an easy to use dependable one will do.
