ID:	53653wn those exclusive Slabs. Went to Hidges yesterday with a couple of buddies. These are not spawning Crappie close to shore. We are targeting Pre-spawn/Staging Crappie. Fish are in 20-30 feet of water and can be seen on fish finders between 8-15 feet below the surface. We are trolling Road Runners around .8-1 mph. Quality fish all above 2lb with a 3lb'er in the mix. Go get em while you can. The spawn is not far away.

Thanks, Chatmar. Was hoping to make it to Hodges Wednesday next, but as usual cannot go. Keep up the good work/reports.

1/16 Bass Pro Shops- Pro 2.0 heads (they come in 3 colors and all 3 produced). MC 2 inch grub (hot chicken and tuxedo black/chartreuse). Any ultra light rod with 2lb test line.

    Best of luck.
