Default Replacing my Spinning Reel Bail Wire!

How to Replace a Bad Bail Wire!

I've had my Cedros CJ-8000 Spinners for a few years now. After i did my field testing i've put the reel with the bent arm into storage as it was unusable. In the video you can see how the damaged bail wire was damaging the edge of the upper spool lip. After a few years i've taught myself to be familiar with these reels and i can now do my own repairs.

Changing the bail wire arm assembly is easy. I felt there was no need to change out the arm or holder, also the screws were ok as i spray down my gear after every use. Also every 6-months i'll take 2-days off just to lube & clean my gear. I used to work on my Penns back in the late 70's.
