I use Walmart kitchen shears that average $3-$8ea. Last for years, even for salt water applications. Safer then using fillet knives for cleaning your catch, which i'll demonstrate. My choice for razor sharp braid scissors are Mustad Braid Scissors. Price range $3-$5ea. This is a great one-two combination for your fresh or salt water fishing applications.
My main terminal gear are swivels, lures & hooks. These just enhances that list. Just need a 1gal freezer ziplock and my insulated backpack & i'm out the door.
