    Default Closed City & County Park is Open w/$5,000 Fine?!

    This Was Shot on Oahu's Waimanalo Beach Park on 6/25/20!



    It's weeks after Hawaii's Governor Ige ordered the re-openings of Oahu's City & County State Parks. This one still has the Covid-19 Pandemic sign up. So is it C&C can't do its simple job of not removing an invalid sign? Or is it a trap by the State to get your money?
