    Default looking to hire someone to set up my hummingbird solix 12

    I'm looking to hire someone to set up my solix SI+, I will provide both of us with an N95 mask, the setup can be done at either Skinner, Diamond valley, or Elsinore. I am having this FF installed next week and am in fear that like the Lowrance FF's, I will be left with a glorified speedometer. I have heard that the Hummingbird is much more user friendly, but I am electronics incompetent.

    If you can't find someone to set them up for you you might check out these videos they helped me learn my Hummingbirds a little better;

    This one he is using a solix 12 so it might have specific tips for your unit

    Thank you for the response, I have a really difficult time with any electronics and am hoping that I can pay someone to dial it in for me. I have had 4 Lowrance units in the past but could do nothing with them except see speed, Water temp, and depth. The $3,100 is just too much to pay for those features... (LOL)
