    Perris Lake 10 years ago before the brilliant illegal stocking of largemouth in there by neophtye anglers. :roll:

    The one big spot was caught at Pine Flat.

    And yes Roger, that one is a spot. You can tell from the distinctively forked tail, and the irregular 'spots' that they have on their top half of their body.

    You tie up a 2 lb spot and a 2 lb largemouth tail to tail, and the largemouth will get towed around the lake holding onto dear life. If anybody has caught big spots, you know what i'm talking about.

    They have those spotties all over lake Nacimiento, I def know what it feels like to catch em. They are some ferocious eaters!
