With these cool nights and passing fronts the water is holding at around 62 degrees mid-lake. There are some LMB moving up but many smallish males in the mix. Stripers are in the spawn mode still, making locating them difficult. I was out today and never marked a pod of fish, just some lone cruisers. Managed to hookup twice with both being blind strikes. Water level is finally rising slowly in preparation for the Solar Cup. I can see light at the end of the tunnel, but it'll take some warmer temps to bring old Skinner up to the action of other local waters.
