I buy the annual pass and discounted fishing tickets, but I think the normal price is $17.00 total per day to enter, fish, and launch your boat.

Does Skinner inspect boats as DMV does, and if so when you leave does Skinner attach a bow tag that can be used at DMV?

Skinner doesn't inspect your boat when entering. They inspect it on the way out. You have to dry your live wells and just about everything else except the trailer.
