Let's see what the FBI finds. But it's pretty oblivious he likes to drink. The $200,000 he got himself into debt with over Baseball tickets, tells you something about his personality. Did Doctor Ford just make this whole thing up??? How about that outrageous behavior, Brett shod in the hearing room. The dots aren't connected, nor they may never be. But I highly doubt BS is behind the whole thing!

    The letter is here
    https://www.npr.org/2018/09/28/65246...of-kavanaugh-v

Read it and tell me if this can be abused by democrats and yes the ABA has been known to be against Trumps policies they also wrote a letter objecting to the DOJ about separation at the border so unless they wrote the same letter to the Obama DOJ when this happened they are partisan although you wouldn't know it because your media gods tell you it's non partisan and they make sure to start their story with "the non partisan..." . LOL The key wording in the letter suggests investigating Ford's accusations as well as others who have come forward, no mention of credible accusations. Let's now also investigate the college aged sweatnick chick who claims she went to ten parties where high school aged boys were seen gang raping girls and she was also victim... You would think she would stop going after ONE party. NO? How about reporting the rapes? Now how about addressing what a partisan hypocrite you are Tucker?? What's wrong with people in the service industry?? I know of people with degrees working at home depot and others busting tables, does that make them less qualified or smart?? Who's deflecting now?

What about what the ABA had to say about pushing through this nomination without further investigation? They fear the American public will turn against their fellow lawyers and judges. To them that is more important then what make up the Supreme court is, Conservatives vs Liberals. How do you feel about that Steelhead???

Do you retract your statement about this being a political stunt pulled off by the Democrats? Last time I checked the ABA is non partisan. By the way the FBI could do an investigation in a week! What difference does a week make to a lifetime confirmation? If it means getting at the truth. The truth isn't something the President or Republicans seem to care about much any more do they?

I gave you a several questions. How about answering any of them without deflections?

Wow, so now we're making a bunch of assumptions, I guess you've never drank in hour life and millions upon millions of people drink everyday in this country and heavily on the weekend so by your logic they're rapists. Now a man who makes a decent living and spends on his favorite interest is criticized even though he paid it all back... wow liberal logic, let's see if I drive a nice car down the street you're going to judge me too because I could have spent that money more wisely... last I checked this was a FREE country and unless he hurt someone by spending that 200K he's entitled but you lots live in liberal lala land.

Seriously let's think about this for a minute. What do we know for sure about this guy? He likes his booze and baseball (I take it his team is the Washington Nationals) and what he showed in the hearing room to some of the Democratic Senators. (His anger towards them was unprecedented as an nominee for the Supreme court)

He totally reminded me of an out of control drunken fan at a baseball game! You know the kind, we've all seen them at the games. The guy who get's in a fight, while he's intoxicated and is escorted out of the stadium by security! Tell me you can't picture him being that guy! (he even sorta looks the part)

p.s. The only time I've ever been close to a physical fight as an adult. (can we guess where?) No it wasn't at the catfish pond. It was at an baseball game coming from a drunken fan.

p.p.s. I know we've got a lot of baseball fans on here, so you know I'm not making this up!

p.p.p.s. I'll also bet there is more drunken altercations at an Washington Nationals game, then there is at either of the 2 LA teams home games. So when he was in the hearing room, he must have thought the Democratic Senators were all Yankee fans and he just went berserk!

You got a purrty mouth. LOL
You're ignorant, hillbilly, racist, homophobic tenancies are showing again and I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that your mouth is foul, disgusting, rotten and smells like a month old dead water buffaloes as$$. When you don't have any teeth in your rotten mouth, everyone's mouths are 'purty' to you I guess.
The 'limited' investigation may or may not help. Should have been a full blown investigation regardless of when it was brought up.
He's a hot head that does not have the temperament to be on the SCOTUS. I can handle the stupid college crap more than the way he handled himself during the questioning.

It looks like whether Kavanaugh will be confirmed or not will come down to a few Republican Senators, and whether they are more loyal to their party or their consciences. Kavanaugh is clearly a Republican operative who has been put forth to advance their agenda, not an impartial judge. That is reason enough not to confirm him, in addition to the questions about his character, honesty and temperament.

By the way, even Trump said that Christine Blasey Ford's testimony was credible.

I saw that others reached the same conclusion. Instead of him being called an impartial judge. He will be if confirmed, "the first political hack" to ever make it to the Supreme court.

That's right because Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsburg are not political hacks at all.....cough.. Bull@#$! Imagine if Gorsuch had said... I would think a "wise middle age white man" with the richness of my experience... what would the backlash be I wonder, what a bunch of blind mice you guys are. Funny stuff
