    Fished from about 4:00 to 6:30 this morning, glad I went. Wished more than once during the fight I had something heavier than 10 lb flouro for a leader. Took less than a minute to revive it before it swam away strong.

    NICE! looks like 27 3/4" haha, next time that fish gets caught he better hope the guy/gal ain't hungry....

    Six one, half a dozen the other.......................I've yet to keep a fish out of the surf. Including legal halibut

    Nice fish; it is great to see bigger WSB near beach, usually there are short ones. Fun time on lighter, I bet.
    I've been getting Calico in near shore kelp, mostly short but also a couple 20"+ heavyweights, no pics/quick release so didn't bother to report. That water is almost too warm!
