Newport harbor- 4/27-28
Well i got to the harbor around 9pm ish tried to make bait but NADA so i tried my luck with some shrimp almost instantly i hooked up with a shark ...little....
well by the end of the nigth i end up with 4 sharks... and a a spotted bay bass a little dinky one but i stuggled with it around 3pm i decide to call it quits went to my van and fell asleep next day 5:30am woke up started to fish again with shrimp and NADA =( i kept on getting bit short on a fishtrap ...eh when there was a little light i tried to make some bait with the sabiki rig so i caught a couple and used them hour or so later i catch a BIG shark on the biggest smelt i couldt belive he fit his mouth on that the rest of the day sucked i had live bait out pretty much the whole day around 5ish i caught a halibut on the swimbait and yea it was fun
