Congressional requests - After the NYT report, leaders of the House Oversight Committee and Intelligence Committee, as well as those of the Senate Intelligence Committee and Judiciary Committee, requested the production of all Comey memos, with a deadline of May 24. On May 25, the FBI said it was still reviewing the Committees' requests, in view of the appointment of the special counsel.

There was no "Feinstein release" - it was a request by House and Senate committees to review the memo. And while the Comey memo was leaked (not released) to NYT prior to events above, the memo itself was not classified. (There are reports of retroactive classification.)

As to any accusations of "spin": I'd be interested in hearing any specific refutations of the facts presented in the Anderson Cooper video above.

Hilarious, Quagga claims bu23W%T memo even before it was released guess he knew what was in it and gets technical on release or leak terminology, typical of you liberals to use a play on word in order to distort the truth. Remember when Obama said there was no "wire tap" on the Trump tower, oh yeah only surveillance and listening in on phone calls.
