    It's sad. There use to be so much life at the lake when they stocked trout. Now it's just a ghost lake. Most of us probably got started fishing for trout. Kids growing up around there don't have that opportunity today.

ID:	50687and you could lay on the dam in the sun then take a swim also right off the dam. Kind of steep and a bit dangerous I guess, but that was how it was back then and it was fun late 1950s.

    That’s cool,they also as you know,had a pretty cool little boat rental thing going on for awhile,nice while it lasted!

    Yep they did and would rent one sometimes . Do ya remember the little island that was at the south west end of the lake.

    They started renting paddle boats and kayaks last year. I remember the lifeguard house being a snack and tackle shop when I was kid. Sailboat is still closed, maybe they'll bring back some boats.
