Hit Capistrano Beach on Sat during the outgoing tide and an hour of incoming from 3 to 9:30. Was trying out some new rigs I tied up and was good to get on the sand after a week of work. There was a good Leopard Shark Bite that died once the sun finally went down. I was working three lines, just enough to keep me moving and warm, and tried a variety of baits including squid, mackerel, ray, and yellow tail. The Leopards like the squid, even with a 12/0 hook, but no takers on the other baits.

This beach has taken a beating the last month and not much sand left, mostly cobblestone.
