    Default Irvine Regional Kids Derby

    Arrived at the lake with my boys at 6am and started fishing at 7am. Overall it was a really good day of fishing for my boys, brother and another friend of ours. My son caught a nice size 5lb trout and won a prize since it was tagged and we left with about 10 trout for the day. My boys primarily threw out powerbait and spinners were effective for may others. The bite was off and on but overall the atmosphere was great and park staff was very friendly. I would like to thank the webmaster for all of the work to keep this website going.
