I was going to say, "for $158, I'd look for a gently used FatCat. I've seen many go for $100 without any accessories."

But apparently they're making the new FatCats with platinum lined zippers, and a diamond studded backrest, with wifi connectivity. I remember not paying over $160 new for mine back in the day.

    What on earth happened? $300?

The Cumberland is a very popular tube, admittedly because it is at the low end of the price range, but also because it performs well and Classic Accessories has a solid reputation for good customer service, should you run into problems.

Many of the guys at the Float Tube Fishing Forum use Cumberland tubes and are very happy with them. Personally, I have a Super Fat Cat, but I'm a big guy and fish a lot and I like having a beefier tube. However, the price difference is significant.
