Went up today with my bro..Water already seems to be going down..got 3 bass all around a pound each on whopper and a ika..seen quite a few on the surface but limited access and only going to get worse as Summer comes

Went up today with my bro..Water already seems to be going down..got 3 bass all around a pound each on whopper and a ika..seen quite a few on the surface but limited access and only going to get worse as Summer comes
What's the skinny on access to the San Gabriel Reservoir....Is it a closed impoundment and one just counts on little or no enforcement or is it open to anyone to fish? I would think it be be fairly full of water compared to times past.
morris dam in front of it is closed to the public..plenty of water but has gone down several feet in just over a weekOriginally Posted by Viejo
